No specific financial or business results are guaranteed.

Either party may terminate the engagement if alignment is no longer present.

Due to the nature of the work, completed work and payments made are non-refundable.

All materials, frameworks, and systems provided remain the intellectual property of The Business Planner until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, you are granted the right to use them within your business.

They may not be resold, shared, or distributed without permission.
